Sarell
Sarell helps organisations design with the communities they serve. In late 2024 it convened people of different ages, professions and backgrounds on trust, technology and well-being; I took part. What they said became a convening report, published by Aspen Digital as a case study in April 2025.
In 2026 the work continues as two invitation-only global convenings towards a certifiable product development framework for well-being and trust in social technologies. The white paper due in December sets out the start of a blueprint, built on the voices of everyday people.
Sarell's founder has been Dyad's longest-standing advisor. We now intend to build the framework together. My part is strategy, from convening outcomes to something an organisation can adopt and be certified against. The stakeholders are the people whose voices set the blueprint, the organisations that would build to it, the certifiers and funders who would make it stick, and Dyad as one of the first products measured by it.
